Based on the extensive experience of the VTT team, who have lived, studied, and worked in Germany, the program offers tailored support in creating compelling resumes, competency profiles, and motivation letters, as well as in establishing contact with German universities. Participants receive guidance in handling German job interviews and navigating the German work culture.
